Install Associate

Would you like to be involved in installing higher-end, creative projects that will be very visible around town? Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines? Can you understand and implement detailed instructions?

As an Install Associate you will be responsible for assisting the Lead Installer in implementing our projects in a timely, professional manner. You’ll also be responsible for prepping projects and install sites for final install.

The Company

Eye 4 Group has been in business since 2014, serving all of Indiana and surrounding states. We specialize in creating interior/exterior signage and building/monument signs for commercial and multi tenant properties, using are unique D.C.I. Process (Discover – Create – Implement).

The Position

We’re looking for an Install Associate with 0-1 years experience that is strong, motivated, detail-oriented, courteous, FUN, fast, and willing to learn. Hourly pay starting at $15-$18 per hour with partial benefits.

The Requirements

Positive attitude, good communicator, and team-oriented.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Must be able to pass background check.
Able to lift a minimum of 50 pounds.
The ability to work from elevated platforms (no fear of heights)
Don’t take shortcuts and do the job right.
Go above and beyond and strive for high quality work.
Flexibility, willingness to work and do whatever is needed to complete the job.
Willing to occasionally travel and stay overnight and/or multiple days if the job requires.
Interact with customers in a professional manner.
Optional: Experience with hand tools and general assembly.
Optional: Competency in lift equipment, rigging, securing, fastening, carpentry, electrical, and mechanics.

The Responsibilities

Communicate with Lead Installer on projects and installs.
Assist Lead Installer in executing professional and timely installs.
Facilitate pickup of products and hardware.
Track and organize tools, hardware, and materials.
Maintain a clean work environment.
