As a Sign Painter & Fabricator you will be responsible for painting and assembling cool projects within the shop paint booth. You’ll take paint and fabrication requests, paint, cut, glue, weld, and assemble projects, and receive/deliver/ship finished projects. You’ll also be responsible to assist with other general production needs in the shop and the occasional install.

As a Project Manager you will be responsible to oversee and administer sign projects, from origination through completion and installation – in a timely manner and according to schedule and budget. You’ll be responsible to help prepare sales quotes, convert accepted quotes to job orders, apply for necessary permits, communicate with each department to ensure timely installation of final project, manage any outsourced resources, and more!

As a Sales Associate you will be responsible to develop new client relationships, nurture and deepen existing client relationships, prospect for new leads and opportunities in current Eye 4 Group target markets, and follow projects through from initial sale to final installation to ensure customer satisfaction.

As a Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for all aspects of the concept, design, and pre-production of complete sign packages while staying within the scope of the project as directed by the Lead Graphic Designer, Sales Representatives, and, at times, the client.

As an Install Associate you will be responsible for assisting the Lead Installer and implementing projects in a timely, professional manner.
