Looking for a hands-on, outdoor job where your hard work gets noticed by thousands of people every day?

Eye 4 Group is seeking a Sign Installer to join our growing team. If you have experience as a sign installer, OR with landscaping, fencing, construction, playground installation, or other physical labor jobs – this could be the perfect fit.

We build and install creative, higher-end signage projects seen across Indiana and surrounding states – from monument signs and commercial signs to interior and exterior installations. Our work is visible, impactful, and built to last.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

Lead and execute sign installation projects from start to finish
Load, transport, and set up materials, tools, and hardware safely
Prepare job sites – digging holes, setting posts, clearing debris, or removing old signs
Assemble, mount, and install signs according to blueprints and specifications
Work with power tools, lift equipment, and occasionally electrical connections
Keep tools and materials organized, maintain a clean and safe job site
Communicate with the Install Lead to ensure projects are completed on-time and with high quality

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

Minimum 2 years of experience in sign installation or related construction work (landscaping, fencing, playground installation, general construction, etc.)
Strong, motivated, and detail-oriented with a positive, team-first attitude
Able to lift 50+ lbs and work at heights on lifts or platforms
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required
Comfortable with occasional overnight travel
Experience with hand tools, carpentry, rigging, or electrical work is a plus
