Eye 4 Group is seeking a Sign Installer to join our growing team. If you have experience with landscaping, fencing, construction, playground installation, or other physical labor jobs—this could be the perfect fit.
We build and install creative, higher-end signage projects that are seen across Indiana and surrounding states. From monument signs and commercial signage to interior and exterior installations, our work is visible, impactful, and built to last.

WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Assist Installers with sign installation projects from start to finish
- Load, transport, and set up materials, tools, and hardware safely
- Prepare job sites—digging holes, setting posts, clearing debris, or removing old signs
- Assemble, mount, and install signs according to blueprints and specifications
- Work with power tools, lift equipment, and occasionally electrical connections
- Keep tools and materials organized, maintain a clean and safe job site
- Communicate with the Install Lead to ensure projects are completed on-time and with high quality
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- Previous experience in manual labor jobs such as landscaping, fencing, playground installation, or general construction is highly valued
- Must be strong, motivated, and detail-oriented with a positive, team-first attitude
- Able to lift 50+ lbs and work at heights on lifts or platforms
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required
- Comfortable with occasional overnight travel
- Experience with hand tools, carpentry, rigging, or electrical work is a plus
