As an Installer you will be responsible for conducting implementing our projects in a timely, professional manner. You’ll also be responsible for communicating with customers as-needed, and coordinating with the Shop Manager on installs.

Eye 4 Group has been in business since 2014, serving all of Indiana and surrounding states. We specialize in creating interior/exterior signage and building/monument signs for commercial and multi tenant properties, using are unique D.C.I. Process (Discover – Create – Implement).
The Position
We’re looking for a Lead Installer with 3-5 years experience that is detail-oriented, skilled, courteous, FUN, fast, and willing to learn. Hourly range starting at $22-$25 with partial benefits.
The Requirements
- Positive attitude, good communicator, and team-oriented.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Must be able to pass background check.
- Able to lift a minimum of 50 pounds.
- Experience with hand tools and general assembly.
- Competency in lift equipment, rigging, securing, fastening, carpentry, electrical, and mechanics.
- The ability to work from elevated platforms (no fear of heights)
- Interact with customers in a professional manner.
- Don’t take shortcuts and do the job right.
- Go above and beyond and strive for high quality work.
- Self-motivated and can work with little to no supervision.
- Flexibility, willingness to work and do whatever is needed to complete the job.
The Responsibilities
- Communicate with Shop Manager on projects and installs.
- Execute professional and timely installs.
- Facilitate pickup of products and hardware.
- Track and organize tools, hardware, and materials.
- Maintain a clean work environment.
