As a Project Manager you will be responsible to oversee and administer sign projects, from origination through completion and installation – in a timely manner and according to schedule and budget. You’ll be responsible to help prepare sales quotes, convert accepted quotes to job orders, apply for necessary permits, communicate with each department to ensure timely installation of final project, manage any outsourced resources, and more!

As a Project Manager you will be responsible to oversee and administer sign projects, from origination through completion and installation – in a timely manner and according to schedule and budget. You’ll be responsible to help prepare sales quotes, convert accepted quotes to job orders, apply for necessary permits, communicate with each department to ensure timely installation of final project, manage any outsourced resources, and more!
THE COMPANY
Eye 4 Group has been in business since 2014, serving all of Indiana and surrounding states. We specialize in creating interior/exterior signage and building/monument signs for commercial and multi tenant properties, using are unique D.C.I. Process (Discover – Create – Implement).
THE POSITION
We’re looking for a Project Manager that is detail-oriented, organized, courteous, persistent, FUN, fast, and willing to learn. Base salary starts at $50k + 2% commission on projects, plus benefits and company bonuses. Earnings are in the $70k-$90k range with standard company sales goals.

- Work directly with vendors to obtain pricing and order materials for projects.
- Prepare and send accurate quotes in a timely manner.
- Convert approved quotes to job orders for production.
- Keep a direct pulse on all jobs to ensure deadlines will be met.
- Gather and organize all materials prior to job installation.
- Adaptable to changing work environments.
- You go above and beyond and strive for high quality work.
- Self-motivated and can work with little to no supervision.
- Ability to use various technology tools and software, such as Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite.
THE RESPONSIBILITIES
- Organize and manage projects to ensure timely completion.
- Utilize ShopVox to prepare accurate quotes for clients based off notes from Sales.
- Send quotes to clients via DocuSign and follow-up as needed.
- Convert quotes in ShopVox to sales orders, ensure all necessary details are entered and correct, and track/update jobs to completion.
- Ensure pricing is complete and up-to-date in ShopVox.
- Obtain permitting standards from local permit offices for sign projects.
- Communicate with local permit offices to understand local building codes and unique permitting requirements.
- Read and understand local building codes pertaining to job location.
- Communicate local building codes and restrictions with Sales and Design department to translate local building codes to quotes and designs.
- Work with clients to obtain all required documents for permit applications.
- Complete and submit permit applications along with necessary documents in a timely manner.
- Coordinate inspections if required by local municipality.
- Keep track of permits and persistently follow up with local permitting offices and customers.
- Coordinate with Design and Sales to ensure that project proofs/maps are accurate.
- Communicate with Sales and client on permit status and final approval.
- Initiate, track, and manage any outsource orders and materials needed for project completion.
- Utilize basic design skills to prepare site maps, evaluate and edit project proofs, and design smaller projects.
- Coordinate with client and Install to schedule project installations.
- Send installation notifications and reminders to clients via email and SMS.
THE SKILLS
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspaces, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects at one time.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
EDUCATION
- High school diploma or GED required
- College degree preferred
