As a Vinyl Graphics Installer, you’ll play a key role in producing and installing custom vinyl graphics on vehicles, windows, and walls. You’ll also support print production and assist with general shop tasks, occasionally working alongside the Install Team on larger projects. Eye 4 Group has been in business since 2014, serving all of Indiana and surrounding states. We specialize in creating interior/exterior signage and building/monument signs for commercial and multi tenant properties, using our unique D.C.I. Process (Discover – Create – Implement).
The Position
We’re looking for a Vinyl Graphics Installer with 2-4+ years’ vinyl install experience that is detail-oriented, independent, motivated, energetic, reliable, courteous, FUN, and fast. Hourly rate between $22/hr. to $27/hr., depending on experience and skill. Appropriate training for print production will be provided.

The Responsibilities
In this role, you will…
- Install signage, vehicle graphics, wraps, window and wall graphics while ensuring adherence to project specifications and industry best practices.
- Handle vinyl removal for fleet and customer vehicles, windows, and walls.
- Prepare vinyl and/or vehicles for application (cleaning, prepping, cutting, plotting, laminating, etc.).
- Conduct site surveys to evaluate installation needs and identify potential challenges.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues proactively during installations.
- Perform quality assurance checks before and after production.
- Assist with digital print production for sign creation.
- Operate post-press equipment, including laminators and cutters.
- Perform large-format printing, sign finishing, and installations as needed.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace.
- Collaborate effectively with team members across different departments.
- Assist with general production and shop tasks as needed.
The Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you should have…
- 2+ years of installing vinyl graphics on vehicles, windows, and walls.
- A high school diploma or GED.
- A valid U.S. driver’s license.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic math proficiency, including the ability to measure accurately in inches and decimals.
- The ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining high-quality output.
- Strong mechanical skills and comfort using hand and power tools.
- The ability to stand for long periods, work on ladders and scaffolding, and lift 50+ pounds.
- Bonus: Advanced education, training, or vinyl certification is a plus.
